nel disegno mi sento straniera perche non conosco ancora bene la lingua

Quando avevo scoperto il fumetto pensavo che era la mia liberazione
dalla pittura. In che senso?

Dalla pittura intesa come il liceo artistico a quale non sono stata amessa. Anche come l`accademia di belle arti, dove mi hanno bocciato la mappa quindi non sono arrivata nemmeno al esame d`ammissione. E poi forse avevo in mente anche l`idea delle gallerie, non avendo quasi mai messo piede in una. Probabilmente proprio per questo, mi irritava pensare alla loro tendenza di essere altrove, invisibili, nascoste. (...) Adesso vorrei dipingere.

L`ispirazione esiste, anche, ma deve trovarci al lavoro.

[This post is about my doubts about chosing a path of painting or that of comics, and the images are from the exhibition of italian painting, 1968-2007, (they`re not entire paintings though), apart from 3 of the images which are from an Andrea Pazienza drawing. Not Yet In Rainbows

Sempre piu` blogger parlano del In Rainbows. Per esempio pm10 lo commenta qui, ed era leggere quello e i post linkati da li` che mi ha motivato di postare subito, anzi, questo post doveva essere un commento sulla sua pagina. Sono in tanti anche che annunciano di averlo gia` scaricato. Mi riferisco al nuovo album dei radiohead che si scarica "a sottoscrizione", pagando o non pagando quanto vuoi. Io, invece, sto ancora ascoltando The Eraser di Thom Yorke a ripetizione. Come poteva succedere? Per scoprire. Clicka "Continua". Altrimenti, clicka o non clicka qualsiasi cosa vuoi o non vuoi.

Hackmeeting 2007 Pisa - post06 - the food and bread hacking

Per completezza, concludo la serie con un post che ricorda il cibo di Hackmeeting nelle sue varie forme. Puo` sembrare, forse, a qualcuno su NoBlogs, un discorso frivolo, foodie, alla moda, ci sara` chi "ma pensa te con i tempi che ci sono lei..." E allora, anche si. Si. La frivolezza tattica, sometimes pop has its reasons. Alle volte ha le MIE, di ragioni. Ma tornero` su questo in un qualche altro momento/post/whatever, che sara` molto piu` Dickiano.

Maybe someone on NoBlogs might accuse me of being too frivolous, foodie, fashion victim, whatever. Yeah, a big enormous WHATEVER to you too, pal. Tactical frivolity, it IS, and sometimes POP has its reasons. Sometimes it has MINE. But I`ll get to that in some other much more Dick-ian moment.]
